Design and pre-planning
Finding the right builder of your custom home or renovation is extremely important. We'll get to know each other over a cup of coffee or glass of wine at our initial consultation meeting, and talk about your needs, dreams, and vision for your home. Bring along inspiration photos and other things that inspire, and we'll start dreaming together.
We can work with the architect of your choosing or we can recommend an amazing architect / designer whose work we know.

Selections, finances, timing
Here is the important stuff. Pull up a seat and get comfortable. We want to make sure you are prepared and feel good about the process.
Now that we know what you want and we have a plan, we'll start to fill in the blanks: What colours and materials do you love? What style of cabinets and flooring would make you smile? Plumbing fixtures - black, chrome, gold? So many choices! Don't worry, we're here to help with this too.
Next, let's talk dollars and cents. We know that budgets and financing are not for the faint of heart. We're here to guide you through the entire process and give you a sense of understanding and comfort. We'll go over expected costs, budgets, and financial planning for your home.
How long is it going to take? Well, each project is different. We will create a detailed schedule, including key milestones and anticipated possession date, so you can plan your life accordingly.

Construction, occupancy, aftercare
Watching your home come to life is exciting! We'll share pictures and budget updates on a user friendly app. We'll even pose questions to you and answer yours, all in the app. We'll also schedule multiple walkthroughs, to make sure you get exactly what you expect.

The final walk-through is when we celebrate the completion of your project and go over all the features with you. Don't worry, we won't disappear. We'll continue supporting you once you move into your custom home, with our new home warranty and various post-occupancy comprehensive care options.
